Abstract

Challenge
It is aimed to supply the electricity to users as home with suppressing contracted electricity by using existing equipments and installation of .high pressure package electricity at low costs.

Solution
The server forecasts a level of excess electric consumption of a number of customers and sends information of level to them. Customer's unit receiving information compares the level set by customer in advance and the level receiving. The result of comparing, one or more customer's loads that is set of low level in advance are stopped.
Claim 1
Electric control system is decreasing electric consumption by stopping some electric loads and it has a server that forecasts level of electric consumption with the above predetermined time and sends the result and has a unit commands stopping electric loads permitted depending on the level of electric consumption sent by the above server.

Claim 2
Electric control system has a character operating the electric loads that is commanded stopping when the level is not stopping level with Claim 1.

Claim 3
Electric control system is decreasing electric consumption by stopping some electric loads and it has a server that forecasts the above electric consumption with predetermined time calculates allocating electric energy by the above forecast and sends the above electric energy and it has a unit that decides stopping electric load with adding capacitance of the above electric load in order of ranking over electric energy sent by the above server.

Claim 4
Electric control system has a character operating the electric loads that is commanded the above stopping when the electric load is not one decided with Claim 3.

Claim 5
Electric control system has a character attaching remote control adapter to the above electric load and stopping the above electric load when the above unit commands the above adapter as described from Claim 1 to Claim 4.

Claim 6
Electric control system has a character decreasing electric charge of the above unit depending on total electric consumption of the above unit that commands the above load to stop in the predetermined time and total and percentage of electric consumption decreased of the above total electric control system in the predetermined time as described from Claim 1 to Claim 5.

Claim 7
Electric control system is decreasing electric consumption with blocking some of electric circuits and it has a server that forecasts the above electric consumption level by the electric consumption in the predetermined time and sends the forecasting result and it has a unit that commands blocking the preliminarily allowed electric circuit that corresponds the level of electric consumption sent by the above server.

Claim 8
Electric control system has a character that recoveries the above electric circuit that is commanded blocking when it does not correspond with the level as described from Claim 7.

Claim 9
Electric control system is decreasing electric consumption with blocking some of electric wirings and it has a server that forecasts the above electric consumption by the using electric energy in the predetermined time and sends the above electric energy and it has a unit that decides and commands blocking the electric circuit by addition of electric capacitance of the above electric wiring that is ranked until it is over electric energy sent by the above server.

Claim 10
Electric control system has a character that recoveries the above electric wiring that is commanded blocking according to changes of forecasts.

Claim 11
Electric control system has a character that installs relay with the above electric circuit or electric wiring and blocks the above electric circuit or electric wiring by command of the above unit as described from Claim 7 to Claim 10.

Claim 12
Electric control system has a character that decreases electric charge of the above unit according to the total difference of electric consumption of the above electric circuit or the unit when commands blocking the above electric wiring and the total and percentage of decreased electric consumption of total the above demand control system in predetermined time as described from Claim 7 to Claim 11.
